About me
I have been collecting vinyl LP's since age 11-12. My love for music comes from my mother and grandmother. At least once a month the three of us would visit The Record Exchange on Hampton or Cherokee and this is where I bought my first albums. I have been "obsessed" ever since. There is nothing which compares to finding a long lost treasure, putting it on my turntable, and letting the nostalgia spill over me. I try my best to encourage others to never forget about the best format the music industry has ever created...VINYL!!! For me, the time spent searching the endless stacks and bins at The Record Exchange, have created the best memories of my life. The euphoric feeling which passes over me after stumbling upon something on my “want list” comes second only to what I felt on my wedding day. I am married to an incredibly (and unbelievably understanding) woman who I would not trade for anything, well maybe a sealed first state “Butcher” cover (just kidding)!
