Strive always to;
Keep the mind placid,
the Heart pure, and
the Bowel empty.
Let the turbulence of life move
to a fro around you and through you
as though you were not even there because
you are not.
Cling not, to a single facet.

  • Before I retired I was working 6 and 7 days a week, sometimes twelve to fourteen hour days so my drive in time was usually 3am and now I miss your show. Someday I may get up @ 3;00 again just to listen. Have you ever heard of "Spirit Horse" (husband and wife team)?
