  • Buddy Wakefield is coming to St. Louis 3/5 and just secured a venue after his first one cancelled. He's a 3-time world champion of Poetry Slam and has been on the road 14 years. Might you be able to interview him on your 3/3 show? He'll be on the road driving, but you could do a phone interview. Please contact him at if interested. Thanks!

  • Hello Jane. I would like to speak with you about interviewing author Chavisa Woods. You interviewed her a couple of years ago when her debut book of fiction, "Love Does Not Make Me Gentle or Kind" was released. She has a novel coming out next month and will be traveling from New York City to do a reading and signing books in STL in March. I hope you will have a place 4 her.

  • Hi Jane! Love your show as it is always full of surprises. I loved hearing my high school mythology teacher, Ron Adams and my friend Mike O'Brian on your show! Anyhoo, I heard a poet on the show maybe a year ago and wondered if you could help me. He read a poem about being a boy and lighting off firecrackers. I wanted to get that poem for a reading I'm doing. If you can help, please do. Thanks!
