About me: I am a yoga teacher and massage therapist. I have been in practice 20 years. I specialize in therapeutic massage and yoga. I teach a free yoga class in Lafayette Park-starts March 30 from 9:30-10-30. I have locations for my work at the Big Bend Yoga Center in Webster Groves and Garden Walk Massage Therapy in Lafayette Square.

I have been a listener for a long time. I am a big fan of blues music and frequent blues venues around the city regularly.
