Looking for a roommate who would potentially share a (fully, newly renovated - brand new wood floors, stainless steel appliances) 2bd/1ba apartment with me on McDonald/Gustine (in the Tower Grove South neighborhood, close to Grand), $337.50 per person a month (would need first month's rent + a extra $337.50 deposit). Available August 1st, all electric (the only utility bill besides wi-fi). The trash/water/sewer is paid. 6 month lease, month-to-month after that. Washer/dryer in basement. I have two cats, no additional pets allowed, sorry!

It's a *little* bit of a tight squeeze, so it would work best if you didn't have a lot of "stuff." There is storage in the basement. I would be willing to pay a little more in rent if you have a vehicle and can zip me around to the grocery store/Target/what-have-you. I don't care if you are male or female, as long as you are considerate, respectful, can pay your portion of the bills on time, and moderately clean, quiet, and drama-free. No cigarette smokers or alcoholics, please. Not too crazy about heroin, cocaine, or any of those silly synthetic things you kids take at raves nowadays, either. Would be an especially good set-up for a college student, or someone who travels for a living.
