In conjunction with the upcoming exhibit, Georges Braque and the Cubist Still Life, 1928-1945, The Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum seeks filmmakers to create short (less than 7 minute) films incorporating elements of Cubism into their works. Filmmakers can create a new film or choose an edit/mash-up option. The Kemper Braque Film Challenge presented by KDHX will take place over three days, February 15-18, 2013.

All finalists will go to a second round of judges who will determine the Grand Prize Winner. Soon you will be able to watch all 15 finalists online and vote for the Audience Award. The Grand Prize Winner will receive $1,000 and the Audience Award Winner will receive $500. Both films will screen with the 48 Hour Film Project City Winners at Filmapalooza in March 7-10, 2013.
