Filmmakers from around the world spent 5 days in early March producing short documentaries for the International Doc Challenge. Twelve finalists have been announced and will premiere at the Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Film Festival in Toronto on Sunday May 1, 2011.

Soon summer will be upon us and filmmakers from around St. Louis will spend two solid sleepless days turning their loose ideas and into a completed film that will be screened the following week. That's right, the 48 Hour Film Project is back again for another year in St. Louis.

KDHX Media Arts is back with another Master Filmmaking class partnered with Avatar Studios. In this 4th class in the series, Lori Dowd,  Vice President of Program Development at Avatar, will go over the styles and techniques of successful interviewing.

Webster Film Series brings indie film producer Christine Vachon to the Moore Auditorium for a discussion on producing and filmmaking.
