Back to back to back nights on the town: James McMurtry and Bottle Rockets and Wanda Jackson and Destroyer

After SXSW I should be done with live music for at least a decade but it's impossible to resist when so many amazing shows pass through our fair city.

I was at James McMurtry and the Bottle Rockets on Saturday, Wanda Jackson on Sunday and Destoyer on Monday.

KDHX has published some great coverage of these concerts:

Nate Burrell's photos of McMurtry and the Brox at the Pageant

Liz Taylor's Wanda Jackson review

Nate Burrell's photos of Wanda Jackson and Dex Romweber

Mike Herr's Destroyer review

And if you're hungry for more, you can read my takes on Jackson and Destroyer at the RFT.

Were you at any of the shows? What did you think?
