Holiday parties, FLGH style

Dear friends and fans.

If you're feeling festive in the coming days, here's a couple of fun musical traditions you should put on your calendar.

This weekend, Friday and Saturday, December 13 & 14, the mighty Rough Shop and friends will be performing some wonderful seasonal music at the Focal Point.

It's the 10th annual Holiday Extravaganza, and I wouldn't miss it. And it's a benefit for Tenth Life Cat Rescue and the Focal Point. Doors at 7 p.m. and music at 8 p.m. both nights. Ticket info:

And if that weren't enough, my friend and fellow KDHX DJ, John Wendland (and founder of the aforementioned Rough Shop) and I will be spinning the very best holiday music ever (really) at the Royale on Wednesday, December 18. Spin starts at 9:30 p.m. Come out, share some holiday cheer and get in the spirit with us!
