Rough Shop Album Release Party and Star-Studded Revue This Saturday (4/14) !

Thursday, 12 April 2012

Alright, countdown time is finally here!

The Rough Shop Album Release Party and Star-Studded Revue is taking place this Saturday (4/14) at the venerable Off Broadway. The festivities begin at 9PM as our friends, Ransom Note, take the stage. Rough Shop then takes the stage at 10 PM to play selections off our new album, Beneath The South Side Bridge, plus some old & new rough Shop songs. But wait, there’s more! Interspersed throughout the Rough Shop set will be musical guests from a host of different bands partaking in a wide range of songs outside of the usual Rough Shop repertoire.  In other words, surprises galore!

Keep in mind this can change at any time but special guests scheduled right now include Toby Weiss (Remodels, Briquettes), Michael Ludwig (freelance pedal steel player), Danielle Aslanian (One Take), Steve Carosello (Love Experts), Kate Eddens (Briquettes, ex-Julia Sets), Ellen HergeSkekses), Jack Petracek (Painkillers) & Michael Friedman (singer-songwriter & psychic-consultant to Rough Shop). Of course Jon Parsons (aka Rough Shop's secret weapon) will be playing keyboards & adding vocals throughout the evening with Ransom Note & Rough Shop.

We want this to be a blow-out of epic proportions & would love to celebrate with you.

More details are at Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/#!/events/230727733690709/ and if you confirm there, it really helps get the word out, so, thanks.
