Plyometric Cardio circuit: 40 minutes. Done. Sweat on floor. I will now slowly stroll to Walgreens for some epsom salt and I never use the word hate...but I HATE it when they move it around, maybe I'll get lucky tonight and find it next to some sedatives :)) BUT: I got through it. And I'll be back tomorrow. Rock ON me!!! Insanity®.

All is good down here/up here in the mountains....
