I love the song of the day today. It's "Living is Dying" by Lowest Pair. I never heard of this group, but I want to hear more about them. I also want to recommend the independent film "We Always Lie to Strangers" with music from the 3 piece female group Mountain Man. Their singing is great, and You can find them on Youtube.

Strive always to;
Keep the mind placid,
the Heart pure, and
the Bowel empty.
Let the turbulence of life move
to a fro around you and through you
as though you were not even there because
you are not.
Cling not, to a single facet.
