Just a note on the two "best of" comps on the top then list this year. I wouldn't normally put those kinds of comps in the list, however...

8 of the 10 tracks for moe.'s Smash Hits were re-recorded by the current band as Sony still owns the rights to the original recordings of those songs, but not the songs themselves. Sony offered to release a best of and the band said "no thanks"

And...as far as the Black Crowes, I honestly like the (almost) acoustic versions the band did for this Anthology better!

I would like to see what listeners would pick for their own top ten lists for 2010!
