from Just Roll Tape (Rhino 2007) —A contemporary of David's, just him and his guitar, which is more than enough.


Neil Young “Sugar Mountain (Live)”
from Sugar Mountain: Live At Canterbury House (Silver Bow 2008) —Another icon from this recently released set. It's nice to see Neil and Stephen joining Richie Furay for a Buffalo Springfield reunion and tour, here's hoping for some midwest dates. Thanks to Rich for coming up with this great set.


David Olney “Flood of '93”
from High, Wide and Lonesome (Philo 1995) —"..I'll have my usual, here's to Stan Musial.." The master songwriter returns to St. Louis this Thursday 9/18 at Off Broadway, accompanied by Sergio Webb of Pinto Bennet and the Famous Motel Cowboys. Live at KDHX, broadcast on Backroads, with Stacy, Sat.


NQ Arbuckle “In Another Time”
from Hanging the Battle-Scarred Pinata (Six Shooter Records 2002) —Canadian Neville Quinlan leads his great band through a dozen originals, new music soon from these Juno nominated rockers.


Blackie and the Radio Kings “If I Can't Have You w/Lucinda Williams”
from Kings and Queens (Dramatico 2011) —Tom Wilson trades verses with Lucinda on a song he wrote with Colin James that kicks off this all duet set. Stephen Fearing and Colin Linden are the other 2 Rodeo Kings, a side project that turned into a permanent gig.


Jonny Burke “THE LONG HAUL”
from The Long Haul - EP (Jonny Burke 2009) —The title cut from Jonny's first solo release, the Band of Heathens join him on one cut, but every song on this great EP is a winner.
