John Flynn “Haunted by the Ghost of a Chance” (self 1993) —Larry brought me this disk after seeing John at the Philly Folk Festival, remained one of his very favorite songs.

from Post Atomic Hillbilly (Caribou Records 2006) —Up to the Yukon to hear a rousing rendition of a song by the late Carl Brouse, Carl was a great songwriter who died way to young, wrote a 1/2 dozen or so wonderful songs with Tom Russell, if you can find it check out his classic album "American Hotel"

from When October Goes (Philo 1991) —A halloween classic, and a song we used to get a lot of requests for. Appears on a fine compilation by Christian Lavin, Richard also released it on his own "Sparrows Point" cd
