Clairy Browne has a really powerful voice that works really well on the 60s pop, soul and R&B influences on this album.Buy it!


The Bamboos & Tim Rogers “I Got Burned” from Medicine Man (Tru Thoughts 2012) —This Australian soul and funk band has guest vocals by Tim Rogers of You Am I on this track. Great single. Two tracks out of Melbourne, Australia.Buy it!


The Sweet Inspirations “But You Know I Love You” from Sweet Dreams: Where Country Meets Soul - Vol. 2 (Kent 2013N  —1969 Atlantic cover version of a song originally recorded by Kenny Rogers and the First Edition in 1968.Buy it!


Arthur Alexander “Every Day I Have To Cry” from Lonely Just Like Me (Nonesuch 2005) —Written by Arthur Alexander and produced by Ben Vaughn. This album marked a terrific return to form after a long layoff from recording. Sadly, he passed away from a heart attack several months after this release.Buy it!
