from Artist (Agarita 1991) —To begin my show in tribute to Bob Dylan's 70th birthday on Tuesday, this will be the only song I play NOT written by Bob.

from The Last Waltz (Warner Brothers 1978) —The amazing Band played a huge role in Dylans career and visa versa, their collaberation was pure magic from the beginning.
The Byrds “MR. TAMBOURINE MAN”
from The Songs of Bob Dylan (Start 1989) —A set of early Bob songs covered by contemporary artists exposing his music to the masses. starting with this # 1 Byrds hit.
The Kingston Trio “Farewell (Fare Thee Well My Own True Love)”
from The Kingston Trio (Rainbow 1991) —The second version of the trio after John Stewart replaced Dave Guard, the other members were Bob Shane and Nick Reynolds, Shane is the only surviving member from this legendary group.
Danny & Dusty “Knockin' On Heaven's Door”
from The Lost Weekend (Prima 1985) —Dan Stuart (Green on Red) & Steve "Dusty" Wynn (The Dream Syndicate) got together and recorded this great album 25 years ago, still a classic today. Catch Steve at Twangevest.
Oh Susanna “Billy 4”
from Short Stories (Outside Music 2007) R —from Sam Peckinpah's "Pat Garret & Billy The Kid" Bob wrote the music and acted in the movie along with Kris Kristopherson and James Coburn.
Cat Power “Stuck Inside of Mobile With the Memphis Blues Again”
from I'm Not There (Columbia/Sony 2007) —One of many wonderful covers on this soundtrack of a very intriguing movie.
Elana James “ONE MORE NIGHT”
from Elana James (Snarf Records 2006) —Elana (recently changed her name from Fremerman) of Hot Club Of Cowtown, traveled and played with Dylan's Never Ending Tour for about a year, might be where she learned this song.
Barbara Keith “All Along The Watchtower”
from Barbara Keith (Rhino/Warner Bros. 2005) —Before the Stone Coyotes, Barbara put out a spectacular solo album featuring Russ Kunkel, Lee Sklar, Spooner Oldman, Richard Bennet, Craige Doerge, Lowell George, Michael Utley, & Emory Gordy, Jr. a who's who of session players.
Traveling Wilburys “Tweeter And The Monkey Man”
from Traveling Wilburys Vol 1 (Warner Bros 1988) —Short lived supergroup featuring Roy Orbison (last project before his death), Jeff Lynne, Tom Petty, George Harrison and Bob Dylan. Bob sings this parody of Bruce Springsteen references.
Steve Ripley “Down, Down (I Don't Believe You)”
from Ripley (Boy Rocking Records 2002) —A brillant and largely overlooked album by Tulsa based Ripley (The Tractors, Leon Russell) mixes Dylan chorus into his own song.
Weddings Parties Anything “If You Gotta Go”
from Donkey Serenade (WPA 1995) —From the fabulous Aussie band and their lead singer/songwriter Mick Thomas, unfortunatley not together anymore, if you haven't heard them do yourself a favor and go out and sample their great musical legacy.
Bob Dylan “Like a Rolling Stone (Live)”
