Caroline Smith, a Minneapolis singer-songwriter, will not be pigeon-holed. The self-proclaimed, and unabashed, fan of '90s rhythm and blues, pop and neo-soul makes music influenced by all of them, but in a way that doesn't exactly resemble any particular style, other than her own.

The rise and fall movements of Horse Feathers were indicative of an evening which led to a solid crowd who provided their ever attentive ears to the crescendo of the artists on stage.
If last night was any indication of what is in store for live music in 2011, this is going to be an outstanding year.
