Sometime last year, I tweeted that I'd really like it if someone could send me a list of all writing essays possible types of "core" music. I'd heard of grindcore, nerdcore and of course hardcore, but it seemed like the core family tree had the potential to be vast and ridiculous, and I figured the Internet could help.
