Joshua Tillman returns to the pseudonym of Father John Misty on his second album since his departure from Fleet Foxes, and this time he is ready to tell the world what his dark and cynical mind thinks about love.
Throughout the year our volunteer photographers battle inclement weather, large crowds, long lines, over-zealous dancers and crazy lighting schemes in order to deliver some incredible concert photos for our readers and listeners.
The backdrop pinned onstage consisted of a nude Josh Tillman standing in a golden arch encapsulated by a rainbow, in space. And that is Father John Misty: Irreverent, free-spirited and probably, while not on stage, hanging out in his birthday suit.
