NOLA SWING with DJ Anne Stumpf

Welcome to NOLA SWING, a swing dance party that happens every Tuesday from 8 - 12 at the HandleBar, located on Manchester Ave. in what's known as "The Grove" area of St. Louis, Mo.

We start each week with a FREE "Intro To Swing Dance" class at 8:00 pm.  Sean Fanning will have the honors of getting you started with some dance moves in preparation for the open swing dancing that takes place immediately after the lesson. Sean is part of the Lindy Hop dance scene in St. Louis, and always does a fine job teaching.  You will certainly enjoy his class and learn a lot. 

At 8:30 pm, Anne Stumpf will take the stage as DJ for NOLA SWING.  Anne is a fine St. Louis swing dancer and knows just what to play so people that are new to swing dancing can participate, and she can also move the tempos and style around for others who have been dancing for a while.  Come and enjoy Anne and her selection of music.

8:30 - midnight    Open swing dancing with Anne Stumpf
