One of the most influential musicians in jazz history hails from our fair city and nobody talks about jazz in St. Louis without talking about Clark Terry. Jazz St. Louis had planned on celebrating Terry’s legacy with multiple events this fall, and we still intend to do so when we can all be together again. However, we didn’t want his 100th birthday to go by without any celebration. We are thrilled to have an incredible wealth of St. Louis’ finest gathered for a special salute to a legend. Join trumpeters Danny Campbell and Brady Lewis, saxophonists Kendrick Smith and Scooter Brown, pianist Adaron “Pops” Jackson, bassist Jahmal Nichols, and drummer Montez Coleman for an evening that will be swinging for Clark!
