ST LOUIS WALK TO DEFEAT ALS

The ALS Association, St. Louis Regional Chapter, invites the community to “Walk to Defeat ALS” on June 26. For the second year, walkers are invited to walk their way – in their neighborhood, in a park, or in any space that allows them to raise awareness while supporting those touched by ALS. 

Virtual ceremony streams live at 9:45 a.m. on the Walk to Defeat ALS – St. Louis Regional Chapter Facebook page; participants will post their own walk experiences and updates throughout the day using the hashtag #ALSWalkYourWay

Register on website. The walk is free for all who wish to participate. All registered walkers who raise $90 or more receive a commemorative t-shirt. Dowd Bennett, LLC, is the presenting sponsor of the 2021 Walk to Defeat ALS. Their participation is in honor of Dowd Bennett Partner Kelly Murrie’s sister Tammy Hardy, who lost her battle with ALS 12 years ago at age 39. Pam Penter will serve as the 2021 Ribbon Cutter for the Walk to Defeat ALS.
