Croquetas De Jamon Serrano

romesco sauce

Pipirrana

heirloom tomatoes, cucumber and red onion sliced and tossed with grilled peaches and piquillo peppers, drizzled in a red wine vinaigrette and extra virgin olive oil with shaved manchego

Paella Valencia

chicken and chorizo cooked into saffron risotto with fresh mussels, clams, shrimp and baby scallops

Chuleton De Vaca

60 day dry aged ribeye sliced and served over potatoes bravas, with garlic aioli and bravas sauce

Sopapilla Cheesecake

topped with vanilla bean ice cream and drizzled in honey
