Introduction to Zen Meditation
This class series (5 Thursday evenings) provides an introduction to Zen meditation. It is open to people of all faiths. The classes include a presentation of the history of Zen and basic principles of zazen meditation, discussion of how to practice Zen in daily life-while at work and at leisure-that is, how to find inner peace anytime, anywhere.
The classes are taught by Rev. Daigaku Rumme, a Zen priest in the Soto tradition. He is the resident priest and teacher of the Confluence Zen Center STL.
