Saint Louis University and Square One Brewery and Distillery present “Designing a Beer and a Career”

Saint Louis University's Brewing Science and Operations Program is partnering with Square One Brewery and Distillery for an open house, careers in brewing presentation, and guided tasting event led by faculty member and Director of Operations, Dr. John S. Witte. This 21+ event will include beer samples to demonstrate the fundamentals of beer design and a discussion of how to start a career in the brewing industry. The event is open to all but registration is required.
