St. Louis Poetry Center Sunday Workshop - January 19 with Alison C. Rollin

St. Louis Poetry Center’s signature program, the Sunday poetry workshop, for January 19 will be held 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. at the Regional Arts Commission and will feature as critic Alison C. Rollins. Free parking in the Pageant and Metrolink lots; Metered parking on Delmar is free on Sundays.

Alison C. Rollins, born and raised in St. Louis city, currently works as the Lead Teaching and Learning Librarian for Colorado College. Her debut poetry collection is Library of Small Catastrophes (Copper Canyon Press). She is a 2019 National Endowment for the Arts Literature fellow. Her poems have appeared in American Poetry Review, Black Warrior Review, Crazyhorse, Indiana Review, Hayden’s Ferry Review, Missouri Review, Poetry, The Poetry Review, TriQuarterly, and elsewhere. 

Workshops are held the third Sunday of each month, September through April, except for December. The guest poet critic will lead the workshop and provide critique on a selection of pre-submitted poems. All poems submitted will receive written comments. Workshops are free and open to the public.
